Baotou Steel's transformation production line to improve seamless steel pipe industry
In order to optimize and strengthen the seamless steel pipe industry and integrate the resources of seamless steel pipe production line, Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd. and Baotou Steel Xichuang ordinary steel pipe Co., Ltd. jointly upgraded the production line of 100 mm diameter hot-rolled steel pipe. The production capacity of the project is 120000 tons per year, and the products are mainly oil pipe, boiler pipe, pipeline pipe and other kinds of steel. The construction of the project started on March 16, 2019. So far, the installation of main equipment has entered the final stage, and the construction of public and auxiliary facilities is also in full swing.
