Precautions for polyurethane insulation pipeline construction

Polyurethane insulation pipeline is a type of steel pipe with anti-corrosion performance. It has good insulation performance and has been widely used and promoted in construction, and is constantly improved and promoted. It is used for insulation and refrigeration engineering of various indoor and outdoor pipelines, central heating pipelines, air conditioning pipelines, chemical pipelines and other industrial pipelines.
What are the precautions for polyurethane insulation pipeline construction
1. It is important to understand the direct burial laying method of heating pipelines, which includes two methods: compensated direct burial laying and uncompensated direct burial laying. In design and construction, it is necessary to master the working principles and application areas of each method, so as to make reasonable choices in design, construction safety, reliability, and economy.
2. Carefully inspect after entering the site. Before construction, it is necessary to inspect the prefabricated buried insulation pipes, and reject the use of unqualified insulation pipes.
3. Welding of polyurethane insulated pipelines is a key task in ensuring engineering quality during the construction of prefabricated buried pipelines.
4. The construction quality of various well chambers directly affects the engineering quality and the service life of pipelines. If the waterproofing of the well chamber is poor, the components may be damaged due to immersion. Therefore, caution should be exercised during construction to ensure construction quality.
5. Under the condition of meeting the compression requirements, the compression of prefabricated buried insulation pipelines. First, irrigate and drain the air, then proceed in two steps: stabilize for 10 minutes without any leakage. Strength test: After increasing the pressure inside the pipeline to 1.5 times the working pressure, use a 1kg hammer to tap and inspect the welds one by one. Air tightness test: When the pressure inside the pipe is reduced to the working pressure, there is no leakage for 30 minutes, and the pressure drop does not exceed 0.2 atmospheres, which is considered qualified. The pressure test record should be made according to the requirements.
6. Due to the fact that prefabricated buried insulation pipes are buried underground, the engineering acceptance is mostly concealed. If the completion acceptance is not taken seriously and the completion materials are not detailed, it will affect future use.
7. The joint and backfill soil should be tested for pressure in the pipeline, measured after completion, and cleaned before proceeding. And it is necessary to backfill sand according to the thickness specified for the polyurethane insulation pipeline construction site, and cutting corners is not allowed.
Storage method for polyurethane insulated pipelines:
1. The ground should be flat and free of hard impurities such as sand and gravel.
2. Drainage ditches should be excavated at the resettlement site, and no water should accumulate.
3. The stacking site should be equipped with pipeline supports, and the outer protective pipes should be 150mm above the ground.
4. The stacking height of insulation pipes should not exceed 2 meters.
5. Insulation pipes should not be exposed to sunlight, rain, or soaked. When stored outdoors, they should be covered with waterproof cloth and stored away from heat and fire sources.
