1、 Introduction to the corrosion status of oil pipes
At present, oil development is mainly focused on mechanical oil recovery with rods. As oilfield development enters the later stage, the produced fluid from oil wells exhibits high water content, high sand mixing, and high salinity. In water injection wells, the water injection medium severely corrodes the oil and casing, greatly shortening the water injection cycle; In oil wells, frequent operations are caused by eccentric wear and corrosion of oil pipes and pumping rods, greatly shortening the oil recovery cycle. Rod and pipe leakage is the main factor affecting the maintenance free period of oil wells.
In order to solve the problem of rod and pipe corrosion, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (EXPE) lined oil pipes were installed in the rod pump well, which extended the Th production cycle by 400%, including all forms of failure, by 300%. Taking Shengli Oilfield as an example, after using lined oil pipes, the service life of the pipes and rods has been extended by 1-3 times, resulting in good economic and social benefits for the enterprise.
2、 Physical characteristics and technical parameters of inner lining tubes

2: Good electrical insulation and strong corrosion resistance: The inner lining material has good corrosion resistance and electrical insulation, can withstand strong alkali and dilute acid corrosion, and can effectively prevent electrochemical corrosion.
3: The anti scaling, anti wax, and anti salt effects are obvious: the inner lining material is a non-polar material that is extremely difficult to bond, so it does not scale, wax, or salt, making it an excellent anti scaling, anti wax, and anti salt oil pipe.
4: To increase the wellhead temperature, the thermal conductivity of the lining material is 1/20 of that of steel, making it a good insulation material. Lining it into the oil pipe as a production string can effectively increase the temperature of crude oil in the wellbore, increasing the wellhead temperature by 5-10 ° C, greatly reducing the viscosity of crude oil in the wellbore and improving the efficiency of heavy oil wells.

3. There are two working temperatures for the anti-corrosion and wear-resistant composite lining of oil pipes: A and B:
A: Working temperature ≤ 90 ° C; B: Working temperature ≤ 130 ° C
4. When the working temperature is ≤ 90 ° C, the material of the inner lining pipe is selected as high molecular weight polyethylene

4. The performance advantages of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) lined oil pipes compared to ordinary HDPE lined oil pipes are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1) High temperature resistance, the former has a usage temperature about 20 ° C higher than the latter.
2) High wear resistance, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is currently the best wear-resistant material among general materials; The wear resistance of the former is about 30 times that of the latter.
3) Thin walled, using the inner lining of the former significantly reduces the wall thickness compared to the latter, which not only saves costs but also reduces the difficulty of steel plastic compliance.

In response to the problem of a gap in the middle of the coupling of the lined oil pipe column, our company has independently invented a corrosion-resistant connector for the lined oil pipe, which improves the design of the coupling structure by adding non-metallic sealing rings to form a complete corrosion-resistant non-metallic sealing channel for the pipe column.
