The ultra-high polyethylene wear-resistant tee is divided into three layers.
The inner layer is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, retaining all the characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
The middle layer is a steel wire winding layer, which serves as a pressure resistant layer and can increase the pressure resistance level of the pipe to medium to high pressure (the conveying pressure can reach 6MPa).
The outer layer is made of PVC alloy material, which serves as a protective layer and has excellent impact resistance and aging resistance.
The weight is only one sixth of that of steel pipes of the same specification, greatly reducing transportation and installation costs.
