Wear resistant pipe transportation has been widely used in industries such as electricity, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, chemical, building materials, machinery, etc., and is developing rapidly.

Wear of wear-resistant pipes is a common phenomenon, and wear occurs on surfaces where two objects come into contact with each other and have relative motion. Pipeline wear refers to the phenomenon of damage and destruction caused by detachment or transfer of the material surface when the pipeline material is impacted by flowing water and small and loose particles.

The use of ideal high-strength, high toughness, and high plasticity materials for wear-resistant pipes is an important way to reduce abrasive wear.

The materials for wear-resistant pipes are basically divided into four categories: 1. Polymer material pipes; 2. Inorganic non-metallic material pipes; 3. Metal material pipes; 4. Composite material pipes.

Wear resistant pipes are widely used for transporting severely worn mining fillers, mineral concentrate, and tailings. Wear resistant pipes for powder delivery, slag removal, and ash transportation in coal-fired power plants are also very suitable.
