Steel plastic composite pipes for chemical purposes

If the pipes themselves are not afraid of corrosion, scaling, and algae, existing problems can be basically solved. It is an ideal material for applications in chemical, power, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment pipelines, and other systems. Steel plastic composite pipes are divided into lined plastic pipes and coated plastic pipes; Lined plastic pipe is made of steel pipe as the matrix, extruded with ordinary resin as the inner lining pipe, then coated with glue to form a series of pipes, and heated to combine the thermal expansion of the plastic pipe with the steel pipe; Coated plastic pipe is made of steel pipe as the substrate, and is coated with polymer materials on the inner (outer) wall through processes such as powder melting, vacuum suction coating, or spraying. Therefore, steel plastic composite pipes have both the characteristics of steel pipes and the characteristics of plastics;

    1. Clean, non-toxic, non rusting, non scaling, and non breeding of microorganisms;

    2. Corrosion resistant, no exudates, and non polluting media;

    3. High strength, heat resistance, good pressure resistance, non aging, and embrittlement;

    4. Smooth inner wall, no reduction in flow diameter (coated pipe), and improved conveying efficiency;

    5. The coating has strong adhesion and good impact resistance;

    6. Easy to install, similar to ordinary galvanized pipes;

    7. Good weather resistance and adaptability to harsh natural environments;

    8. Long service life, more than three times that of other steel pipes;

    1: Excellent bonding performance:

    (1) Our company's self-developed polymer material coating is activated with nanotechnology on the inner and outer walls of steel pipes and fittings, making the combination of the two a physical and chemical reaction that is not easy to delaminate. It synchronizes with collective thermal expansion and contraction during cold and hot dynamic changes, without wrinkling or cracking.

The fluid resistance of the medium inside the pipe is 40%, while that of the lined plastic pipe is 10% lower. The corresponding power consumption is reduced due to the lower pressure inside the pipe, and there is no precipitation, mold, or harmful substances produced inside the pipe.

    5: Excellent temperature resistance

    (5) Our company's independently developed anti-corrosion material for the outer wall has excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, acid, alkali, and salt spray corrosion, and does not require secondary anti-corrosion, greatly saving construction and maintenance costs.
