Oil casing is the lifeline for maintaining the operation of oil wells. Implement separate injection of clean and dirty water, strengthen the cleaning of the main water pipeline, ensure that the water quality inside the station and at the bottom of the well meets the standard, and reduce the entry of corrosion sources into the annular space;
2. For newly put into operation water injection wells, the main method is to use annular protective fluid mainly for adding sterilization, and establish a system for regular addition;
3. Considering the accelerated effect of mechanical scraping on the corrosion of petroleum casing, it is recommended to add rubber rings to the tubing couplings or centralizers in severely deviated areas;
4. Considering the severe corrosion of bacteria under the scale and the slow growth and killing of SRB under high temperature, it is possible to regularly inject 100 degrees Celsius high-temperature water or steam into the annulus to kill the SRB under the scale;
5. It is not recommended to promote the use of cathodic protection and coated casing until the corrosion inside the casing of the water injection well is effectively controlled.
