    Performance characteristics:

    1. Higher filtration accuracy: Due to the V-shaped large opening design of the wire winding screen tube, the filtration accuracy area is more precise, which better plays a role in sand prevention.

    2. Excellent overall strength and deformation resistance: supported by base pipes internally, external protective sleeves can be added as needed to enhance protection. The overall strength of drilled base pipes is only 2-3% lower than that of standard casings/oil pipes, and has sufficient overall strength to resist compression deformation of the formation. Even when there is local deformation, the gap in the compressed area does not increase, and the reliability of sand control is high.

    3. More options: The outer screen tube material can be stainless steel or low-carbon steel, and the material can be selected according to the actual needs of the user.

    4. The density of high-density gaps and low flow resistance gaps is 3-5 times that of ordinary slotted screen tubes, with low flow resistance, which is beneficial for improving oil and gas production.

    5. Good craftsmanship has achieved high efficiency, low cost, and large-scale production.
